DCEU的蝙蝠俠電影將會如何發展？

BvS中老爺對著那群雜兵突突突，這樣就有了一個很大的問題，為什麼DCEU中小丑等一群反派還活著，沒死於蝙蝠車上的機槍？無論是還原漫畫還是電影原創劇情，都應該會跟不殺原則有關，接下來不知道要怎麼強行解釋？
我個人認為第一部蝙蝠電影可以拍紅頭罩之下，已經有動畫電影鋪路了，只要拍的好，就可以挽救一下口碑並圈一堆粉。
PS：大本將自導自演蝙蝠俠的個人電影，並與傑夫瓊斯合作寫劇本。
我對大本比較放心，對傑夫...

「哇我的天吶蝙蝠俠殺人啦，這世界沒救啦」

先說渣導的觀點
老爺機槍不是直接對著人雜兵掃的，殺沒殺死也沒明確說啊。即使死了也是

More like manslaughter than actual murder.

渣導說他不願意做那個讓老爺在大熒幕前主動謀殺罪犯的人，但是他在片中也沒申明過嚴格的No killing principle。

此外渣導接受Hey U Guys油管專訪的時候說了，雖然我們通常認為在諾蘭的The Dark Knight三部曲里，老爺是不殺人是絕對的鐵律，但是YouTube上有人統計過，即使在這些電影里也可能殺了42個人。

渣導說在BvS取自黑歸的某一幕中，老爺原來打穿一面牆後搶了機槍然後直接將某男子爆頭，但是渣導給改成了射向油箱。渣導組裡的人都說你必須讓老爺直接爆頭啊（都是漫粉，忠於原著啊），渣導說我是絕對不會做那個讓老爺直接射人的人的。

There is a great YouTube film that shows all the kills in the Christopher Norlan movies, even though that we would perceive them as movies where he (Batman) doesn"t kill anyone. I think there are like 42 potential kills that Batman does. And it includes , also it goes back and includes all the Tim Burton Batman movies where, you know this reputation as a guy doesn"t kill come from.…………
I perceive him as not him killing directly but by sort of the bad guys associated with the thing that happens to blow up. That』s not really, he would say that that"s not even my problem, you know, like they shouldn"t have been around that machine gun. More like manslaughter than actual murder.
Although I would say that in the Frank miller comic book that I reference, you know he kills all the time, like he is constantly, there is a great shot, there"s scene taken from the graphic novel (The Dark Knight Returns) where he bust throught the wall and takes this guy"s machine gun and the guy"s going "I"ll kill her. I promise. I swear it. And he"s like I believe you. I took that little bit yet from a the scene and The Dark Knight Returns, at the end of that, he shoots the guy right between the eyes with the machine gun in a one shot and of course I went for the gas tank. and all of my guys that I worked with were like," you gotta shoot him in the head ". Coz they are all like comic dorks. And I was like, I"m never gonna be the guy.

然後是我自己的觀點
第一 BvS裡面蝙蝠車的確挺著機槍一頓掃，但是除了夢境，老爺有直接射人的嗎？沒有吧。即使老爺在片中可能殺人了，最多也是間接性的致死（比如射了小雜兵邊上的油桶）而不是直接的謀殺，這樣的場景在之前的蝙蝠電影里太常見了。突突突的畫面和蝙蝠車亂甩本來就是給人看個熱鬧的，如果硬要用物理角度深究，那任何大片漏洞真的就太多了。不故意殺人是最初將老爺和懲罰者之流的vigilante區分開的原則。

第二即使是渣導參考的Frank Miller 筆下的老爺殺人也很常見，不要說古早漫了。（之前我寫的這句不嚴謹可能會引起誤解，這麼說吧，即使是古早漫，雖然沒有嚴格的不殺原則，除開意外致死之類，主動謀殺也是老爺的下策。）
渣導參考塑造的BvS里的老爺是基於 Frank Miller筆下 The Dark Knight Returns 為原型的老爺。原作中，這個時候的老爺已經歸隱多年，在二少被丑爺所殺，大超淪為國家狗腿之後不得已重出江湖。（TDKR原作里老爺忍無可忍近乎殺了丑爺）。BvS里的老爺顯然也是歸隱多年，同時Batcave里出現了二少的戰服，上面丑爺寫的明明白白「hahah the joke is on you」。所以肯定DCEU里肯定也是丑爺殺了二少。這是背景。

然後是關於不殺原則 也就是 No Killing Policy
DCU里老爺不殺人這一設定應該是因為受Year One 第一年 的影響，不殺丑爺則更重要的是受Alan Moore 的 The Killing Joke致命玩笑 的影響。
1987 年的Year One 奠定了Modern Age 老爺的黑暗基調。
1988 年的The Killing Joke則將老爺系列作品徹底推向黑暗化。 Alan Moore 在The Killing Joke 之中將老爺和丑爺塑造成了性格的極端對立面。在同樣遭受了人生中最壞的一天 之後，老爺選擇了追求正義 懲奸除惡，而丑爺則選擇了追求無盡的混亂 。在其中老爺多次和丑爺說過，「It does have to end like this, we don"t have to kill each other.」
