Thanks. We have a few service options. The first option is to visit or contact your carrier to set up a repair or replacement if you have insurance for the device through the carrier. The next option is the Express Replacement service. In 2-3 days, you will be sent a replacement. You will mail your old device into Apple within 10 business days to avoid being charged for the replacement device. This option requires that we put a hold on your credit card for the full value of the device to make sure we get the other one back. The hold will be lifted once we receive the damaged device. The Express Replacement also requires a $29 non-refundable fee if you do not have AppleCare.

You also have the Customer Arranged Shipping option. With this we will send you an empty box within 2-3 days. You will pack your device into the box and apply the label we send and contact FedEx to have one of their carriers pick up the device from you. This service option takes 5-7 business days as well.

And of course you can visit an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for a repair or replacement. I will happily setup an Apple Retail Store appointment for you or provide you with the information for an Authorized Service Provider near you. Do you prefer any of these options?

Yes. The replacement iPhone will be a newly built device of the same model that you currently have.

It is technically refurbished, but our refurbished devices are not like the typical refurbished items because the iPhone will not be previously owned like most refurbished products.
樓上劃痕的那位,我的 iPod Classic 上還是有很多很多劃痕的(主要是一直裸奔,不過現在還能用)由於它是我的第一台 Apple Product ,所以我對 Apple 的質量問題一般都不太擔心,但是這次 7000 Series 鋁合金真的是闖了禍,我們單純的想提高產品硬度(因為 iPhone 6 Series 很容易彎)沒想到在非鋁金屬運用時出現了差錯,導致出現 iPhone 5 重演,實在是。。。。
