根據患者反饋情況來看,幾乎是沒有什麼卵用的,不知道是不是因為太貴沒有吃夠療程,反正患者都表示毫無作用啊。。。 參考三樓的引用了一篇系統評價,可信度較高
氨基葡萄糖對關節炎有治療作用,如果需要長期服用的話,得看個人的情況。

本人長期跑步,之前受傷的時候醫生跟我說,胃沒什麼問題的話可以每半年吃一個療程,1-2個月~ 有人稱之為神葯,有人說沒什麼卵用~ 我吃的同時也加強拉伸和力量訓練了,膝蓋沒再出過問題~我會繼續吃,哪怕是心理作用。。。
