比較合適的翻譯方法是 diaosi ，因為你沒法準確的描述這個詞的含義。

這個詞有三重含義：

一，厲害，專家。（因為屌字在俗稱中表示厲害，牛逼的意思）

二，粉絲，崇拜者。（因為屌絲用於形容李毅吧的追隨者，粉絲，同時表示身為李毅吧粉絲的自豪感）

三，自嘲。（現實那麼大，自己不是高富帥，只能混跡於李毅吧這樣一個貼吧發帖，雖然厲害但是懷才不遇，感到深深的無奈和自嘲）

李毅吧的粉絲自稱屌絲，是因為屌表示牛逼的意思，自嘲只是附帶的。而非象某些人想像的那樣是以自嘲為主的用語。（確實，產生自嘲的原因是因為自己不是高富帥，但屌絲一詞的重點不在自嘲，也不在高富帥）

如果不能理解屌絲一詞所固有的自豪感，你就沒有辦法準確的翻譯屌絲一詞。
