小詞大用 | take （2）

其實，說take是個萬能詞真的一點都不為過。

take的表達實在是太多，所以我決定給它兩次出場的機會。

昨天主要是take+名詞的表達。

今天主要是take+介詞的表達。

take to 開始喜歡，對...產生好感 （人或物）

- We all quickly take to our new teacher. 我們很快就喜歡上了我們的新老師

- She takes to baseball. 她開始喜歡打棒球

take after （外貌、性格方面）與（家庭成員）相像

（就是我們平時說的「他像他爸」、「她長得像她媽」之類的）

- He takes after his mother. 他隨他媽；他和他媽媽很像

take down

1. 取下，拿下

- I took the pictures down. 我把畫取下來了

2. 寫下，記下

- He took down her phone number. 他記下她的電話號碼

3. 打垮，擊敗（某人）

- He really took me down. 他徹底把我打垮了

take for 當作

- Do you take me for a fool? 你把我當成傻瓜嗎

- Dont take silence for approval. 勿把沉默當贊同

take up 佔用（時間、空間）

- The bed takes up half of the room. 這床佔據了房間的一半

- This job would take up most of my time. 這份工作會佔用我大部分時間

take back 收回（之前說的話）

- You son of bit*h ! （看美劇看了那麼多，你們都懂的）

- Take it back ! 把話收回去 （我們還能做朋友）

take apart 拆開，拆卸

- He took the computer apart. 他把電腦拆開了

take over

1. 接管，接任

- She took over as manager one week ago. 她一周前接任經理一職

- She took over the job after he left. 他離開後，她接手他的工作

2. 收購

- This company has been taken over. 這公司被收購了

take out

1. 帶（某人出去）

- He took me out to my favorite restaurant. 他帶我去我最愛的餐廳

2. 發泄，把氣出在某人身上

- take out ones anger / frustration on someone 把怒氣、怨氣、喪氣發泄到某人身上

- Its not my fault. Dont take it out on me! 又不是我的錯，別把氣撒我身上啊（這句更簡單，一個it就可以了哈哈懶人福利）

3. takeout 名詞，外賣，外帶食品

- Lets order takeout. 我們叫外賣吧

take off

1. 脫下

- Please take off your shoes. 請把鞋子脫掉

2. 起飛

- The plane took off at 3 p.m. 飛機下午3點起飛

3. 離開

- Were going to take off. 我們要走了

4. 請假

- Im going to take tomorrow off. 我打算明天請假
