《新概念英語》學什麼：第1冊第105-106課

接下去我們來看第107-108課的內容：一、重要句型或語法

1、比較關係

本課側重的是比較級和最高級的規則變化，且形容詞和副詞皆為單音節或雙音節單詞。如：

It"s small than the blue one. / This is the largest dress in the shop.

需要注意比較級的標誌性連詞是than，而最高級的標誌性介詞是表比較對象範圍的in/of。另外，形容詞和副詞的最高級前一搬都要加定冠詞the，副詞可以省略。

二、課文主要語言點

Do you like this dress, madam? I like the colour very much.	1）注意dress（長裙，連衣裙）與skirt（短裙）的區別。 2）注意漢語里所說的「很喜歡」，不能說成：I very like，而要說：I like...very much。 3）注意colour在美語里拼作color。
It"s a lovely dress, but it"s too small for me.	1）lovely，可愛的。 2）it"s too...for sb. to do sth.，對某人來說做某事很怎麼樣，如本句話的完整形式其實是：It"s too small for me to wear.
What about this one? It"s a ovely dress. It"s very smart.	1）what about，怎麼樣，相當於how about。 2）smart，一般表示聰明的，但在本句話里表示漂亮的。
Short skirts are in fashion now.	1）skirt原本就表示短裙，在前面加short，起到強調作用，但也說明這些裙子是短裙中裙擺偏短的。 2）be in fashion，流行。如果要表達過時了、不流行了，可以這麼說：be out of fashion。
Would you like to try it? All right.	1）Would you like to do ...?，禮貌詢問某人的意願。 2）try，表示試一試。
I"m afraid this green dress is too small for me as well.	1）漢語里要表達「恐怕」時就用I"m afraid，I在漢語里是不說出來的。 2）英語里表示「也」的有too（用於肯定句句末）、either（用於否定句句末）、also（用於肯定句句中）和as well（用於肯定句句末）。
It"s smaller than the blue one.	1）small為單音節，所以直接加er。 2）one用來指代前面提到的同類的單數可數名詞。
I don"t like the colour either.	either的用法參考前面的as well的解釋。
It doesn"t suit me at all.	1）suit，適合。一般都用作：sth. suit sb.。 2）not...at all，一點也不、根本不。
I think the blue dress is prettier.	pretty是雙音節，且是輔音字母加y結尾的，所以要改y為i再加er。
Could you show me another blue dress?	1）Could you....?，比「Can you...?」更加委婉客氣。 2）another，一般用於可數名詞的另一個，但有時也會後接複數名詞，比如：another three students。
I want a dress like that one, but it must be my size.	1）like that one，像那樣的。 2）be one"s size，適合某人的尺寸或大小。
I"m afraid I haven"t got a larger dress.	1）have got，表示有，相當於have。 2）a larger dress後面省略了than the blue one。large是以不發音的e結尾的單音節單詞，所以比較級直接在詞尾加r。
This is the largest dress in the shop.	in the shop，in引導了比較對象所在的範圍。

三、雙課補充內容

1、操練單音節和雙音節單詞的比較級和最高級。

2、注意操練句型：He is the tallest policeman I have ever seen. / The green suitcase is the heaviest of them all.

四、語用文化

可介紹不同國家在衣服鞋帽上的尺寸和大小規格。

五、教學建議

1、因為第107-112課都是關於比較關係的內容的，所以注意不要在第一次課里就面面俱到地講解所有比較關係的內容。

2、注意講解比較級和最高級的變化規則，但只講單音節和雙音節的形容詞和副詞的比較級和最高級。
