常見的零食,含有哪些有害人體的東西?
自從地溝油被發現,開始意識到,我們吃的食物,其實很不安全
央視演過一期節目,介紹奶油蛋糕中的反式脂肪酸,看的讓人心驚肉跳一部紀錄片式的電影,一健康的美國人,為了做實驗,連續吃3個月肯、麥的快餐食物,結果健康急劇惡化,差點毀了自己看看零食的配料表,全是不懂的東西,化工原料。
雖然很可口,可是裡面究竟有什麼有害的東西?

For instance, trans-fatty acids(反式脂肪酸) have a wide range of existance in food producing processes, including fast food, snack food, fried food, and baked goods[1]. The consumption of trans fats increases the risk of coronary heart disease by raising levels of LDL cholesterol and lowering levels of "good" HDL cholesterol[2]. However, you cannot say baked goods/ snacks are unhealthy because they have been proven safe as long as both the amount added into food and the amount of food taken into your body is reasonable and in control.
In fact, trans-fatty acids exist naturally in many products such as milk and body fat of ruminants[3]. In food processing, the cis-fatty acids can partially convert into trans-fatty acid as well such as when heated at high temperature.
If you realize something contains too many additives, lower the amount of daily take-in.
If you keep taking in KFC/ M/ Burger King continously as your daily meal, its apparently unhealthy due to your fault of imbalanced diet, not food itself.
Even if you drink too much water, you would experience water intoxication. Is there any reason that you could blame water of making you unhealthy?

防腐劑、反脂肪酸、化學成本,以及過量的成本(鹽份),還有變質的一些東西,好比花生,豆子等乾果,一旦霉變,這個後果是很嚴重的
