旅遊英語指南之「入住酒店篇」

出去玩兒就免不了要住宿，雖然現在網路預定很方便了，但是有時免不了去電話double check。還是按照默認套路：由預定到退房從頭到尾練一遍。

1、酒店預定 （Room Reservation）

當你想預定住宿的時候，你可以直接給酒店打電話，告訴他們你要訂房，當然也可以一上來就問價格

"How much are your rooms?" 你們的房間多少錢？"What are your rates?" 你們的房價是多少？"Our rooms start at $79 for a standard room and go up to $300 for a suite." 我們的房間從標準間79美金到套房300美金。"Can I reserve a room?" 我能預定一間房么？

"I would like to reserve a room." 我想預定一間房。

酒店首先都會問你訂房的日期和入住天數

"What day do you want to check in?" 您想哪天入住？"I would like a room from June 22nd to June 25th." 我想預定一間房，從6月22日到6月25日。"How long will you be staying with us?" 您要住多久？"When will you be checking out?" 您哪天退房？"How many days would you like the room for?" 您想預定幾天的房？"I am going to stay for 3 days." 我要住3天。"I would like to reserve the room for 4 days." 我想預定4天的房。

一些酒店對房間住宿的人數有要求，加床或者超過規定人數，要額外收費

"How many total children will be with you?" 一共入住幾名兒童？"A total of four adults." 一共4個大人。"I will be alone." 我獨自住。"One adult and 2 children." 一個大人和兩個小孩。

在確定房間和人數後，酒店會確認你的住宿偏好，如床型等

"Would you like a single king size bed, or two double size beds in the room?" 您是想要一個雙人床還是兩張雙人床？"Do you prefer a smoking or non smoking room?" 您想要吸煙房還是無煙房？"I don"t have a preference." 我沒有特殊要求。

然後，你需要提供信用卡賬號進行擔保

"Can I have your credit card number?" 請提供您的信用卡賬號？"What is your credit card number?" 您的信用卡賬號是多少？

最後酒店會再次與你核實預定信息

"Ok, Mr. Lindbergh. I have one smoking room reserved for July 19th till July 22nd. The total comes to $256.78 after tax. If you need to cancel, please call us 24 hours before July 19th. Can I help you with anything else?" 好的，林德伯格先生。您預定了7月19日到7月22日的一間吸煙房。稅後房費是256.78美金，如果您需要取消預定，需要在7月19日24小時前告知。您還有其他的需要麼？

2、辦理入住（Check in）

辦理入住非常簡單，你只需要到前台說要辦理入住。有些酒店在客人辦理入住時會提供濕毛巾和免費的迎賓飲料

"Hi, I have a reservation and I am checking in." 你好，我有預定，我現在要辦理入住。

「Welcome to stay with our hotel. Here are your welcome drinks.」 歡迎入住我們酒店，這是給您的迎賓飲料。

前台會要求你提供護照、信用卡，他們可能會與你確認入住信息，辦完入住手續會給你房卡。可以利用這個時間，問問酒店住宿的相關問題

"Do you have concierge service here?" 你們提供禮賓服務么？"Do you have a map of the city?" 你有這個城市的地圖么？

「What is the time for breakfast?」 早晨時間是幾點？"What time should I check out by?" 我需要幾點前退房？

3、客房服務（Room service）

如果第二天需要早起，可以讓前台安排叫早

"Can I have a wake up call?" 我能安排一下叫早么？"What time would you like your wake up call?" 您想安排幾點叫早？"At 7:30 am please. 明早7:30.

大部分酒店都會有客房服務，一般房間內的清單上都會標明各項客房服務的服務時間。如果你找不到或者弄不清楚，可以直接諮詢前台

"What are the hours for room service?" 客服服務的時間是多久？

"House keeping. Can I come in？" 房間打掃，我能進來么？

"It is not convenient now. Would you come back after 2 hours？" 現在不方便，能2個小時候再來么?

"Could you send someone up for my laundry?"請叫人到我的房間收取要洗的衣服，好嗎?

"They serve hot food from 5:30am to 11:00pm." 客房在早五點到晚十一點期間提供熱食。

4、退房（Check out）

退房也非常簡單，你直接都前台，告訴他們"I am checking out.我要退房"。退房時，你需要交還房卡。酒店前台可能會讓你簽署一些費用文件。"Should we charge the credit card on file or did you want to use a different card?" 我們用登記過的信用卡給您扣費，還是您用另外的信用卡支付？"Your credit card will be charged a total of $256.78. Can you sign on the bottom?" 您的信用卡一共需要支付256.78美金，您能在下面簽下名么？"Thank you for staying with us. We look forward to seeing you again." 謝謝您入住我們酒店，期待您下次光臨。

如果退房時行李比較多，你可以請酒店安排門童幫你搬運行李，不過按照國外的習慣，搬運行李後，需要給他們小費"Do you have a bellman here?"如果你不想給小費，可以自己搬運行李，直接告訴他們"No thank you."
