一名即將畢業的大學生,有點小憂鬱,時常攜帶負能量看問題,想找一些和生活有關的書提升自己,凈化自己的心。謝謝。

問題很寬泛,憂鬱很時尚。剛剛恰巧回答了一個問題,推薦了兩本書。我覺得吧,你看完《裸猿》之後可能就不會太憂鬱了,反正大家都是猴子,可能更憂鬱...
想理解人生,可以看什麼書籍?P.S. 如果想要那種心理學和哲學入門教程,那就是另一回事了,豆瓣裡面有很多這種讀本推薦清單,可以看看。鄙人愚見,心理學、哲學等社會人文科學都是對人的研究,只是角度不同罷了,哪個角度對你而言,更能了解人、了解自己,目的就達到了,還有人看《三國演義》得到認知升華的。或許可以看些傳記或者是遊記一類的呀,多看看書自然就思路開闊了,負能量啥的只要內心充實了慢慢就會被正能量取代了哦。。。
